We are collecting food items for our Thanksgiving Dinner ministry. Your donations help to provide Thanksgiving dinners for parishioners and also many families within our zip code area who are financially challenged.
This year we are doing a “combination” request for food items, and also for monetary donations towards the purchase of gift cards for families to purchase their turkeys. Food donations can be left in the sacristy by the exit doors. The items needed are:
- Stuffing & Cranberry Sauce
- Boxed Potatoes & Boxed Macaroni & Cheese
- Canned Vegetables & Turkey Gravy
- Brownie Mix & Boxed Cookies
We will be taking names via the phone between 9:00a.m. & 3:00p.m. starting on Wednesday, November 8th.

Note: Monetary donations can be cash or checks made out to Holy Name. For your convenience, put into the collection basket in a plain envelope marked “Turkey Donation”. We’ll resume collecting for the Open Pantry after Thanksgiving.
